Terms of service

Slynnk measures what AI tools say about brands and presents the results with their sample sizes and margins of error. We measure AI answers; we do not control them, and we do not promise any AI tool will recommend a brand.

You must be able to form a contract. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite. Keep your sign-in links private. If you use Slynnk for clients, you confirm you may do so.

• Plans, prices and allowances are on the pricing page. One credit is one AI answer on a standard engine.
• A 7-day trial needs a card and converts to a paid plan at the end unless you cancel before then.
• Plans renew each period until cancelled. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period. Credits do not roll over.
• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record. Taxes are shown at checkout.
• If an answer cannot be collected after retries, the credits it reserved are returned.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers, applying from the next renewal.

Do not misuse the service: no attempting to access other customers' data, no overloading it, no using the free tools to scan systems you are not allowed to test, no reselling the service itself except through the white-label reports the Agency and Scale plans include, and no content that is unlawful. We may rate limit or suspend use that harms others or the service.

You own the data you put in. You give us the right to process it to provide the service. We own the software and our methodology. We store the AI answers we collect for you so that every figure can be re-derived. See the privacy policy and the data processing agreement.

Fix suggestions, drafts and reports are starting points. You are responsible for what you send or publish. We never post for you. Model-written text can be wrong; review it.

AI tools and search engines are products of other companies, whose names are used only to say what we measure. Their behaviour, and their terms about being queried, are outside our control; collection is performed by providers we engage.

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service is provided as is. Measurements are statistical estimates, shown with their uncertainty, and are not a guarantee of any outcome.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may cancel any time and delete your account. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, after notice where reasonable. When an account ends, we delete its data as described in the privacy policy.

We may update these terms; material changes are emailed to account owners before they apply. Questions: hello@slynnk.com. These terms are governed by the law of the place where Slynnk's operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and consumers keep the rights their local law gives them.
